NetEnt and Project team upUK-based independent games creator, Project, recently announced that it has partnered up with NetEnt in an exciting new venture that will greatly benefit both parties.

"The new licensing partnership is said to bring forth many positive changes and improvements."

The first game that will be licensed is NetEnt’s famous Gonzo’s Quest video slot that is based on the adventures of a Spanish conquistador named Gonzalo Pizzaro from the 16th Century. This top online slot gained some of its popularity from being the first NetEnt slot with an Avalanche feature. The interesting feature replaces the traditional and boring reel spins and allow players to extend their play time with an exciting twist added to their game.

The managing director of Project, Tony Boulton, has said that they are approaching the licensing agreement as an opportunity to attract and engage with NetEnt’s loyal community of desktop and mobile casino players. Boulton continued to say that although most players tend to move from land-based casinos to online casinos they have hopes that this new partnership could potentially lure players to their established land-based casinos.

Boulton continued to say that they recognise the importance of keeping their products on offer relevant to a generation of players that are active and on the move which is why they chose to partner up with NetEnt as they have a catalogue of top performing and familiar content.
