Mecca Bingo High Street Clubs Begin Expansion of Games with Playtech

Over the last couple of years, Mecca Bingo high street clubs have welcomed a new addition to their brand, with the launch of Mecca Max tablets, allowing players to enjoy an easier gaming process. As a result of their success, and large amount of player interest, the brand has decided to provide more content to become accessible via the Mecca Max tablets.

At this time, there are more than 12,000 terminals throughout Mecca Bingo’s 87 bingo clubs. A plan has been put in place to add more content across its facilities. While its online counterpart uses Playtech to power its games, the company has decided to extend its partnership with the software platform to, in order to add more slot titles to its terminals.

Two Playtech slots launched in August 2015, including the popular titles, Heart of the Jungle, and Adventures in Wonderland. The expansion of slot offerings is scheduled to continue throughout this week. In fact, three new games, some of the largest within the Playtech portfolio, are scheduled to go live this week. They include Bounty of the Beanstalk, Fortunate 5, and Who Wants to be a Millionaire.

Commenting on this latest move, Mecca Bingo’s Head of Slots Projects, stated, ‘This strategically important project has gone from strength-to-strength since it began last year. We can now provide a fantastic breadth and quality of content to our players who have really taken to the new games on the Mecca Max handhelds.’

The expansion of gaming titles is expected to continue throughout the rest of this year, and into 2017 as well.
